19 Woodlark Rise Sunrise Beach

My only regret with this project, was that I couldn’t move in myself! Blessed with a great position that has views to North Sunshine and Sunrise, on top of the hill to capture the summer breeze, this was a block that commanded something special.

This meant chopping the existing cavity brick home in half, slab and all and connecting the brick, block and steel super-structure to it. After demolition, we constructed a beautiful (and very deep) pool out back and surrounded it with an expansive merbau deck.All rooms, bathroom and ensuite were completely renovated in the existing house. The owners choice of tiles was superb and have to seen to be believed.

Ground floor in the new building included a double garage with an amazing white pearlescent rolladoor. Outdoor, but undercover, laundry and store as well as surfboard storage and fridge/preparation area for parties are hidden behind funky black roller shutters and stacker doors. All these areas are accessed by gently sloping ramps and timber breezeways.
