This project started as an “owner builder” project for a local father and son team who, despite being quite skilled themselves, soon realised the sheer volume of work required and called DMC in to help out.
This gave them more time to assist with all the minor detail and make all the design and budget decisions without nagging worries about time or how to execute their vision.
The house is now virtually unrecognisable from its original set out and is a beautiful contemporary country estate with beautiful spaces everywhere you turn.
