7 Smiths Road Tinbeerwah

After seeing the impressive transformation take place at number 5 Smiths Road, the neighbours approached Darren Magee Constructions about renovating their place, just down the hill.

This project was always going to be a challenge, as the clients had some fantastic ideas, all with a modern contemporary edge – the main problem being that the existing dwelling had a colonial- federation theme running throughout. Many attempts had been made to modernise it previously but none had worked.

Enter DMC. Out came all non-load bearing partition walls. In went cedar bi-fold stacking doors, floating timber floors, huge decks, new kitchen, stunning bathrooms and an overhaul of the pool surrounds. The owner’s attention to detail on furniture and choices in lighting really brought the project home in style.

Add to this a revamped carport and extensive landscaping, the transformation was truly complete and has since been featured in magazine articles. Anything is possible with the right team onboard!
