This stunning absolute beachfront ground floor unit required a full internal renovation to bring it up to the standards expected on Noosa`s main tourist strip. With a very tight timeline (due to annual shutdown dates) we we were able to completely strip out all the old aluminium doors and windows, fixtures,fittings and floor coverings. We reconfigured the floor plan to be more functional for the new owners and added a new ensuite and additional shower. All new waterproofing membranes were applied, floor and wall tiles were laid and stunning new cabinetry installed throughout. Coffered ceilings and muted lighting enhanced the effect. The exterior on the beachfront was transformed into a fantastic al fresco terrace with banquette seating and shade provided. Owners were thrilled with the result and it was delivered back to them on time and on budget.
