42 Noosa Parade Noosa Sound

This grand old dame of Noosa Sound was feeling the effects of it`s high salt exposure environment and needed a lot of love to restore her to her former glory.

Roofs and gutters were checked,repaired and cleaned. Windows were also re sealed.Internal ceiling were dropped slightly to accommodate new lighting and ducted airconditioning. All old defunct cabinetry was removed and the kitchen remodelled. A full repaint inside and out was carried out. New glass balustrading was installed and new tiles laid inside. Bedrooms received beautiful new carpets and blinds.

Gail Hinkley and her team from SIGNATURE did a wonderful job on the interior design and soft furnishings to bring it up to the standards expected of this blue chip Noosa location.
