Once a dark and dated 2 bed, 1 bath beachfront apartment was transformed with a change of layout and all new finishes into a bright and breezy 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. We completely gutted the internal linings ,added an ensuite bathroom to bed 2 and overhauled the hydraulics with all new plumbing. Electrical and AC got the same treatment as much of it was old and in some cases defunct from years of band aid solutions by others in the past. All new waterproof membranes and tiling were then laid. full repaint and new kitchen and carpets completed this reno on time in a very tight timeline. An update of furniture, soft furnishings and window treatments further transformed this apartment into a modern space with clean lines and easy flow through, perfect for relaxing beach getaways.
