This unit was in dire need of some attention after years of neglect however the views are absolutely spectacular and the unit well worth the effort required to resurrect it. The lounge room and kitchen boast panoramic views of Noosa Sound, The North Shore and Noosa`s main beach and the bedrooms have a wonderful vista looking west up the river towards Noosaville, Tewantin and Cooroy mountain. We basically started from scratch after gutting the entire unit. New sliding doors and awning windows were fitted to newly water proofed openings. Plumbing, Electrical and Lighting were completely renewed and the floors stripped. New dropped ceilings and AC were roughed in and square set plaster was hung & set. A stunning wide board Dark Oak floating engineered floor was laid and new cabinetry fitted. The theme is dark, sultry and uber chic as the property is now rented for weekend getaways for couples and this is reflected in the smoky tiles and dark finishes of the cabinetry. Decks were tiled and new glass balustrading installed to optimise the views.

The result is a super cool space that has bookings off the charts already. Win Win for the new owners.
